Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Locus Bank, OC oversees diverse lending portfolios, including housing, renewable energy, and small business financing, with a focus on empowering underserved communities.
Previously, as Chief Credit Officer at PCR Business Finance, he launched innovative lending programs, including the People of Color Business Elevation Fund, which provided over $10 million in capital to underrepresented entrepreneurs. His leadership revitalized the organization’s SBA lending platform, achieving significant growth in both loan volume and units.
