With over 40 years of experience, Kevin combines deal structuring and strategic planning expertise with a deep commitment to equitable community development. As the Director of Lending at the Leviticus Fund, he oversees debt investments supporting mission-driven real estate developers, emphasizing affordable housing and community facilities in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut markets.
Kevin's career spans leadership roles at BWB Solutions, where he advised notable philanthropic and development institutions on impact investment strategies, and Capital Impact Partners, where he provided innovative financing for mission-driven enterprises. In addition to his executive role, Kevin is an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University and The New School, teaching graduate-level courses in community development finance, financial management, and urban policy.
Kevin holds a degree in Ethics and Political Philosophy from Brown University and studied Global Political Economy and Finance at The New School for Social Research.
