The Ashby Street Project houses 21 low-income families. Partners helped finance this development to provide affordable rental opportunities for this Dallas community.
PCG’s $600,000 loan is the first loan funded under a new GAP loan program. The program was partially funded with a CDFI grant with a purpose of enabling partnerships with CDFI banks who face more stringent regulatory requirements, particularly loan to value constraints.
Pro Mujer is an international microfinance and women’s development network. PCG supported the growth of Pro Mujer with a $250,000 loan to expand the number of entrepreneurs it serves.
